DOMINIC SANTANA is set to play Marion “Suge” Knight, the infamous co-founder and head of Death Row records in the 1990s. Santana is best known for his portrayal of Suge Knight in biopic “All Eyez On Me.” His other credits include “20 Funerals,” “Dead Heist” and "Dawson's Creek," where he landed his first speaking role on a major television show. Santana has also appeared in various TV series and films such as “One Tree Hill,” “The Dempsey Sisters,” cult hit “Love For Sale” and “Furnace” opposite Tom Sizemore. He is repped by J Pervis Talent.
DONALD FAISON will play Jacques “Haitian Jack” Agnant, a legendary New York-based club promoter turned music executive. Best known for his role as Dr. Christopher Turk on nine seasons of the Emmy®-nominated comedy series “Scrubs,” Faison currently recurs on “Ray Donovan” and co-stars in the Netflix comedy feature “Little Evil” opposite Adam Scott, Evangeline Lilly and Chris D'Elia. SOLA BAMIS has been tapped for the role of Afeni Shakur, a former Black Panther, political activist and the mother of Tupac Shakur. Bamis is best known for her role as Shirley on “Mad Men,” which garnered her a SAG Award nomination. Other credits include a recurring role on “Stitchers” and guest roles on “Lethal Weapon,” “Killer Women,” “Mistresses” and “Jane By Design.” She is repped by Paulo Andres from Rothman/Andres Entertainment.
WENDELL PIERCE is set for the role of Detective Lee Tucker, an old school homicide detective from the LA Sheriff’s Department. Most recently, Pierce wrapped shooting on “Jack Ryan,” where he stars opposite John Krasinski and Abbie Cornish. Prior to that, he appeared in the award-winning “Confirmation,” successful musical event “Grease Live!” and USA’s SUITS as high-powered attorney Robert Zane. Other credits include “Chicago P.D.,” “The Odd Couple,” “Ray Donovan,” “The Wire,” “Treme” and multi-award winning feature “Selma.” Pierce is a four-time NAACP Image Award Nominee and has won five Emmy® Awards for his narration of "Golden Days, Purple Knights: 50 Years of the Los Angeles Lakers." CAMILLE CHEN will play Grace Kim, a robbery-homicide department secretary who has always liked, but never loved, her job. Chen is best known for her role in “Game Night” opposite Jason Bateman and Kyle Chandler.
