Best affordable True Wireless Earbuds - Liberty Air & Liberty Neo

Since AirPods, True Wireless Earbuds/Earphones are the new craze. You can see them dangling or stuck in ears on your daily subway ride, walk to grocery store, gym, office and everywhere else. But AirPods are not the only true wireless earbuds out there, neither are they the best. And not everyone wants to splash that kind of money on earbuds. Thankfully there are many other good options available in the market.

The best choice would be Soundcore Liberty Air. At less than $80, half the money of AirPods, you can get earbuds that look better, fit better and some may say, even sound better. Here’s what you get:

  • Graphene-Enhanced Sound: Pioneering audio technology delivers highly accurate sound with superior clarity.

  • Crystal-Clear Calls: Listen and talk through both earpieces. Noise-cancelling microphones eliminate background noise and enhance voice pick-up for flawless communication. Dual mics with uplink noise-cancellation and stereo sound deliver an enhanced call experience. Bluetooth 5.0 ensures a skip-free listening experience.

  • Leading Playtime: Get up to 5 hours of music from a single charge. The charging case takes the total playtime to 20 hours.

  • Integrated Touch Control: Use the earbuds to answer calls and play, pause, and skip music on-the-go.

After trying several different TWS earbuds, these are my favorite. The matte charging case is sleek and small and fits easily in pocket. The 3 dot LEDs indicate the charge level The design often earbuds is sleek and beautiful, and they definitely look better than most other earbuds out there. Also, the Secure-Fit Liberty Air's in-ear design make it better fit. It may depend on your ear, but at least these have changeable multiple size eartips (it comes with 4 size earths), that definitely make it better fit for most. These also make it more noise-isolating, which is great. It also has noise-cancelling microphones that eliminate background noise for better call quality. These are really good.

If you do not even want to spend $80, and looking for something cheaper but good, your option would be a Soundcore Liberty Neo. At less than $50, they not only do the job, but they sound good and look good. Here’s what you get:

  • Expertly Tuned Graphene Drivers: It oscillates with extreme precision to give your music a wider soundstage with exceptional accuracy and crystal-clear clarity across the entire frequency range.

  • Bass You Can Feel: Exclusive BassUp technology analyzes your audio’s low frequencies in real-time and instantly increases the bass by up to 43%. Stop simply listening to your music, and start really feeling it.

  • Unbreakable Connectivity: An LDS antenna, derived from satellite technology, combines with Bluetooth 5.0 to create an almost unbreakable link between your earbuds and your device—even in busy places. No skips, no drops.

  • Power a Week of Listening: Using Anker heritage and high-efficiency power cells, Liberty Neo delivers over 3.5 hours of wireless playtime from a single charge and an extra 9 hours from the compact charging case - over 12 hours of listening into 2 extra-light earbuds and a pocket-friendly charging case.

These are cheaper version of the Liberty Air, but they also have their own benefits. They are non-hanging in-ear earbud design, which some prefer. They also come with custom ear tips (3 different EarTips along with EarWings), making it a good fit for most. There is not much compromise in terms of sound quality and connectivity, which is a great plus. The case is slightly bigger than Liberty Air (small, but not as easily fittable in your pocket), and also a fingerprint magnet, with its shiny surface. But at this price point, it’s a pretty great product, not only to dip your feet but also to enjoy a true TWS earbud.

While we are talking about Wireless headphones, another interesting product is Soundcore Life NC. It’s not a TWS earphone, but an old school Neckband Headphone. Specially if you are not fan of True Wireless, and prefer your headphone to hang on your neck (there’s definitely advantages of that). This is an Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headset with Hi-Res Audio, Clear Calls, Transparency Mode, Multi-Device Connection, along with Flight Mode for Travel. Although slightly expensive, it’s a product worth taking a look for business users and extensive phone users.

So here are 2 excellent choices for true True Wireless buds. With Amazon Prime Day approaching in a week, make sure to take advantage of these suggestions and buy all the wonderful products that you have been anting and needing for a while. Happy shopping, happy priming!
